When I was there a year ago, taking a creaky public bus along a lush coastal highway, I remember thinking: "Well, I'll be god-damned. It is as beautiful as they've all been saying." And does remind one of a tropical French Riveria! Too bad mine was tainted by incessant cat-calls and humiliating comments the moment I left my cinder block hotel.
